WHO WE ARE
The Teaching English as a Second Language Student Association (TESLSA) is your undergraduate student association at Concordia University. We are part of the Arts & Sciences Federation of Associations (ASFA) that is composed of student volunteers who organize events and manage services for the students of TESL. We aim to bring a spirit of community while providing a voice to the students within the program.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES
TESLSA aims to bring a spirit of community while providing a voice to the students within the program. Our objectives are:

To represent their membership to their umbrella association, faculty members and the

To organize academic and social events and create a spirit of community within their membership;

To provide academic services for their membership including, but not limited to, mentorship program(s), guest speaker(s), providing information about volunteering and teaching opportunities.

To follow any and all objectives of the association prescribed in their by-laws;

To strengthen ties between its members, students and student groups of other departments, faculty members, and the external community;

To help the transition of incoming new TESL students by providing or guiding the members to the necessary resources, services, and support.
